Abstract Submission

A presenting author may submit up to two abstracts unless additional allowance is specified in the call-for-abstracts announcement.
Use a clear scientific structure: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion, within the requested word limit in the guidelines.

Presentation & Speakers

Standard oral presentation slots are usually 25–30 minutes, including Q&A. Final session timing will be confirmed in the speaker communication.
Yes. Group presentations are allowed in designated categories. One speaker registration and delegate registrations for co-authors may apply.

Venue & Travel

Invitation letters will be issued to registered participants upon request. Kindly contact the support team after completing the registration process.
